Working Principle

Gear profiles are formed using CNC gear hobbing machines with helical hobs. Helical angle precision is ensured

through precise control of the hobbing cutter axis angle relative to the gear shaft axis. Subsequent carburising

and quenching processes strengthen the tooth surfaces, followed by precision grinding on CNC gear grinding machines

to reduce surface roughness.

Parameters such as tooth profile error and cumulative pitch error are verified using coordinate measuring machines

and gear measuring centres to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Process optimisation ultimately achieves stable mass production.
